Booking
Your reservation will be confirmed after receiving a deposit, which will be withheld in case of cancellation or confirmed if you have taken out a travel insurance. The final payment can be made on site and only in cash.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions within the meaning of the law, article 1382 ZGB:
According to the Italian consumer-protection code there is no right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we concede the right of withdrawal under the cancellation conditions, within the meaning of the law, article 1382 ZGB:
Cancellation 90 days prior to arrival: the deposit will not be refunded
Cancellation 45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total fees will be charged
Cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total fees will be charged
We ask for your understanding if we need to charge 80 % of the total fees in case of non-appearance.
In case of early departure, we need to charge the whole amount.
Travel cancellation insurance
When you book your holidays, we recommend making a travel cancellation insurance with the ‘Roter Hahn travel cancellation insurance’. In this way, the cancellation fees can be covered and you can look forward to your holiday without worries. Further information concerning fees and travel cancellation insurances can be found here.
Fees
All fees are to be understood per night and apartment (or per night and person). Included are accommodation, bed linen, towels, heating, water, gas and electricity as well as taxes. If not stated otherwise, accommodation taxes and final cleaning are uncleared. For further free service, please see your personal offer.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be ready for occupancy after 2 p.m.
In case of arrival after 7 p.m., we ask to contact us.
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave your apartment until 9.30 a.m.
